For New & not so new Members,
important information is available in our Members Guide
and in WPGC's 2019 Online Guide
 

"eSignup" - the first item under the "Golf" drop down menu
opens the procedure that is used to register for all WPGC Events -
(including Away Games and Social Functions).

Inclusion in the Weekly Draw is dependant upon using eSignup to register.
You will need an User Id and a password.
Registration can be done one or more weeks in advance.
If you encounter eSignup or any other problems, please contact the
current director or advisor responsible for the program.

To access the Weekly Draw Schedule:
click on "
Tee Times" under the "Golf" drop down menu.

After you've played in a WPGC event, your score
will be entered in our sytem by the Captain's Table.
Otherwise, click on "
Record Scores" under the "Golf" drop down menu,
access the Handicap Portal and follow the provided instructions.

To find your Handicap, click on "
Handicaps" under the "Golf" drop down menu.
The "Handicaps" page also contains the club's Tee Box Policy regarding competition play
from different tees, ESC Rules and the adjustment charts for the courses we normally play.
Note: Until Handicap listings are available,
please access the Handicap Portal to find your current Index.

To access Game Results & Announcements:
click on "Current Events" under the "Golf" drop down menu and click on
the 'Results' portion of "Latest WPGC Full Field Results".

To access weekly & cumulative winnings for
Weekly Winners, KPs & Monthly Medal competitions:
click on "Weekly Prizes" under the "Golf" drop down menu.

For the details of play and past winners of each fixture:
click on "Competition Format" under the "Golf" drop down menu.
Similar information is also available
in "
Awards & Winners" - under the "Golf" drop down menu.

For fixture formats click on "Competition Format" under the "Golf" drop down menu.
For dates & other fixture information click on "
Fixtures" under the "Golf" drop down menu.

It is expected that the RCGA's & BCGC's "Equitable Stroke Control" (ESC) rules to adjust gross scores
will be used for all games played at any recognized course during the golf season & that all scores
will be entered into the eHandicap management system used by WPGC.

Do this by clicking on "Record Scores" under the "Golf" drop down menu.

from different tees and the adjustment charts for the courses we normally play.
